How to unlock this discount
Open the ClassPass app or go to classpass.com and log into your account.
Navigate to your Account settings, then find 'Manage Membership' or 'Membership Plan'.
Tap or click 'Cancel Membership' to enter the cancellation flow.
You will be presented with a series of screens asking why you want to leave — select 'Too expensive' or the cost-related reason.
ClassPass will first offer alternatives such as a plan downgrade ('ClassPass Lite') or bonus credits — decline these initial offers by continuing through the flow.
On the next screen, ClassPass should present the 20% off for 3 months retention discount.
Accept the 20% discount offer. Your membership will continue at the reduced rate for the next 3 billing cycles.
Insider Tips
Select 'Too expensive' as your cancellation reason — this is the most reliable trigger for the monetary discount rather than a credit-based offer
Decline the first offer (usually free credits or a pause) and keep clicking through; the percentage discount typically appears on the second or third screen
Do NOT actually complete the cancellation and wait for a win-back offer — the win-back deals are inconsistent and may take weeks
If you only see a credit add-on or pause offer, try again closer to your billing date (but at least 48 hours before it)
