How to unlock this discount
Log in to your Sling TV account at sling.com on a desktop or laptop browser (this flow works most reliably on web, not the mobile app).
Click on your account name or avatar in the top-right corner, then select 'Manage Account' or 'Settings'.
Scroll down and find the 'Cancel Subscription' option and click it.
Sling will present a survey asking why you want to leave — select 'Too expensive' or 'Cost' as your reason (this is critical for triggering the best retention offer).
A 'Before you go...' screen will appear with a retention discount offer, typically $11–$16/mo off for 3 months.
